In order to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics:
The Firm Administrator must complete a User Mapping spreadsheet.
A member of the firm will need to complete a small spreadsheet mapping users from Microsoft Dynamics to users in the new system.
The Firm Administrator must complete a Custom Field Mapping spreadsheet.
Firms migrating from Microsoft Dynamics tend to have tons of unused custom fields. For an optimal migration experience, a member of the firm should identify any unnecessary fields that can be pruned as part of this migration.
